-1 Planning meeting scheduled with client at selected venue.If you have not selected a location we can help you find one.
-Review and Research vendors in the surrounding area.
-Assist with selecting vendors and contract services needed for event location, Lodging recommendations,Florist,Invitations,Catering,Cake,Rentals,Lighting, Linens, Beauty, Attire, Spa Services, Entertainment, Photography, Video and Gifts
-Phone & email planning directly with client
-Vendor list preparation
-All phone & e-mail correspondence with vendors prior to arrival
-Design boards and creative services provided by in-house design team.
-Timeline & Checklist preparation
-Contract letters to all vendors and arrangement of deposits
-Schedule Tastings and Menu Selections for the Wedding Weekend
-Provide creative ideas to make their wedding weekend unique and different
-Management of the wedding Database -Guest list, preparation and distribution of wedding stationary and proper etiquette, assist with travel arrangements for wedding party & guests, assist with lodging arrangements and reports for guests,transportation tracking and arrival reports,special needs,menu choices,escort & place card arrangement,seating charts and thank-you cards based on wedding registry.Client would be responsible for providing full names,addresses and details prior to accepting this portion of the contract.
-Web-design & Management of wedding email questions.
-On-site 1 week prior to event if necessary to prepare vendors
Wedding Weekend Coordination
Depending on size of event we will provide the necessary amount of staff per event.
-Arrival Cocktail-Dinner Reception for out of town guests
-Assist with amenity baskets and gifts for guests
-Coordination of any group activities
-Bridal Luncheon & Spa coordination
-Ceremony Rehearsal
-Coordination of Rehearsal Dinner and any pre-party arrangements the night prior to event.
-Getting ready arrangements – F&B arrangements, Hair & Make-up Coordination and required needs from stylists, mirrors, lighting & electrical.
-Coordination of all vendors – arrival, set-up & clean-up
-Timelines and communication with all vendors, wedding party and family.
-Scheduling Transportation or Valet Services
-Greeting and Arrival of guests for Ceremony
-Coordination of wedding party for ceremony
-Work with Photographer & Video for important photographs and capture moments.
-Cocktail Hour – timing and details
-Dinner – timing and details
-Cue First Dance
-Cue toasts, dances and special announcements
-Wedding Brunch the following day–send-off of wedding guests
