Flowers by Cina
Flowers by Cina is an amazing family-owned floral design company! Melissa McGowan started in the business as a teenager working part-time for her grandmother and eventually worked her way up to lead designer. She has an amazing talent for floral design and it's such a joy to work with her and her team. They always make sure that my client's vision is achieved flawlessly and they always go above and beyond.
I love working with vendors who are so talented, they can create something beautiful in any style. Flowers by Cina produces elegant floral arrangements whether the style of the event is traditional or modern. They never run out of ideas and are always coming up with new and exciting designs. We love you Flowers by Cina!

Vera Wang Spring 2012
I've always been in love with Vera Wang's sophisticated and luxurious designs, but she's really outdone herself with her Spring 2012 Bridal Collection. Here's how Vera Wang describes the line: "An ode to the Paris Opera: Degas...young dancers floating about the stage! Artful and adorable!"
These dresses are all that and much more! They manage to be youthful, sophisticated and ethereal all at the same time. The dresses are voluminous without being heavy with layers and layers of ruffles, chiffon, tulle and organza. And the soft color palette is completely romantic and helps to keep things light in muted peach, green, taupe and mauve.

The Kitchen for Exploring Foods
I am so excited to spread the news about The Kitchen for Exploring Foods! They are one of the best caterer's I've ever worked with. Peggy Dark has been in business for over 20 years, and consistently produces excellent quality food combined with stellar service. The Kitchen for Exploring Foods won the Zagat Award of Distinction, and has been featured in the New York Times and on the Today show.
I always look forward to working with The Kitchen because they are constantly coming up with new and unique ideas and outdoing themselves with menus that are simply amazing and personalized to our events. Peggy, Mark Held and Richard David of Mark's Garden have also come out with a book that I highly recommend called Fabulous Parties: Food and Flowers for Elegant Entertaining.
